What's your refund policy?

At Taz Hair Co. we want you to be satisfied every time you shop with us. We accept returns for store credit or exchanges on undamaged, unopened items within 15 days from the purchase date. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay any costs associated with the return or exchange. 

For products that arrive damaged, we will offer you a replacement after receiving the original damaged item. You may return products ordered from shoptazhair.com by shipping the products back to us in their original packaging or you may visit us at our Etobicoke location and return the item in-store. Any costs associated with returns and exchanges are the responsibility of the purchaser.

When can I expect my items to be delivered?

Taz Hair Co. ships orders within Canada and Internationally. We process orders Monday - Friday. Please allow 2-3 business days for order processing and up to 7 business days for shipping in Canada. International orders can expect to receive their items in 10-14 business days. If your order is taking longer than specified, please contact us so we can look into it for you. All orders are shipped via CanadaPost. 

 

How much does it cost for shipping?

Canadian Delivery

Receive free delivery when you spend over $75. If your order is under $75, we offer delivery anywhere in Canada for a flat rate of $10. 

United States Delivery

We offer delivery anywhere in the United States for a flat rate of $15.

International Delivery

We offer delivery anywhere Globally, other than the United States, for a flat rate of $25.  

You will receive a tracking number for your order once it has been shipped. You may follow the status of your items by canadapost.ca. Please allow 2-3 business days for the processing and shipping of all orders.
